Age restriction
It is against the law to sell or indeed supply intoxicating substances to persons under 18 years of age in the European Union, the UK, China, Taiwan, Hong Kong and 20 years old in Japan. By placing an order you confirm that you are at least 18 years old in the EU, UK, China, Taiwan, Hong Kong and 20 years old in Japan. If our couriers are in doubt of the age of the recipient of an order they will request some form of ID. In the event this is not satisfied they are not permitted to leave the wine.
Payment
Payment can be made by PayPal and EuroPayment Services. We accept Visa and MasterCard cards.
Purchases
The prices for goods displayed for sale on the Site are those shown at the time of purchase and include VAT. Additional charges consist solely of delivery fees, which are clearly displayed on the Checkout page and detailed on the Delivery page. All prices are quoted in Euro for EU countries, GBP for the UK and USD for all other countries. Prices shown apply per bottle or per case, as indicated.
Any local excise duties, taxes or customs charges applied by the destination country remain the responsibility of the customer. We cannot be held liable for any additional charges imposed by local authorities. Your local customs authority may require specific paperwork, certificates or other documentation in order to clear the goods. The preparation, procurement and submission of such documentation is solely the responsibility of the customer. Any delays caused by customs procedures are outside the responsibility of Indigene Wines.
We do not accept responsibility for typographical errors. Prices may be changed at any time without prior notice; however, price changes will not affect orders that have already been accepted by us.
By completing and submitting the electronic order form on the Site, you are making an offer to purchase goods. If your order is accepted, a legally binding contract will be formed. By placing an order, you authorize Indigene Wines and any appointed payment processor to pre-validate the debit or credit card provided for payment, for the full value of the goods and associated service charges.
Acceptance of your order will be confirmed by e-mail to the address provided at checkout. A binding contract is formed only once this confirmation has been sent. We reserve the right to decline an order in cases of stock unavailability, pricing errors, payment authorization issues or reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity.
Minimum order & packing
The minimum order for delivery from our website is 2 bottles which may be mixed. The maximum order is 12 bottles. You can order how many times you want. We will pack your order in specially constructed plain cardboard boxes, unless a gift box is specified in the product description.
Delivery location and dates
We offer delivery services to all European Union countries, the United Kingdom, and various other countries outside the European Union. The delivery timeframes shown on our website refer to the estimated transit time from the moment your order is dispatched. In many cases, dispatch may take place within two working days from the date the order is received. Delivery times are indicative and may vary depending on the destination and the carrier.
We may also arrange deliveries to locations not listed on the website on an order-by-order basis. For enquiries regarding such deliveries, or if the delivery option you require is not shown at checkout, please contact us to confirm availability and obtain a cost estimate.
For regulatory, billing and delivery purposes, customers must provide a valid billing address and a valid delivery address. We are unable to deliver to PO boxes or locations where age verification is not possible.

Delivery costs
Delivery prices are shown in the cart section, they are calculated considering the quantity of wines, the shipping address and the delivery type (express or economy).
Missed deliveries
Prior to delivery, our logistics partner will contact the customer by telephone, SMS or e-mail in order to confirm availability and, where applicable, to allow adjustment of delivery details. Deliveries are currently carried out through UPS, which provides two delivery attempts and offers the possibility to modify address or scheduling details via its online platform.
If delivery cannot be completed due to incorrect or incomplete information provided by the customer, or due to the customer’s unavailability during UPS’s delivery attempts, the shipment will be returned to us. In such circumstances, the situation does not constitute a withdrawal from the contract by the customer, and Indigene Wines has no obligation to issue any refund.
Should the customer subsequently request a refund voluntarily, any such refund—granted solely at our discretion—will include only the value of the products, from which the initial delivery cost and the return shipping cost charged by UPS will be deducted.
Cancellations and returns
You may cancel your order only by notifying us in writing via e-mail at contact@indigenewines.com. Cancellations communicated through any other means cannot be taken into consideration.
You may return your order for any reason within 14 days from the date of delivery, provided that all bottles are unopened, intact, and returned to us in their original condition.
Upon receiving both your written cancellation request and the returned products, we will process a refund within 14 days. The refund will cover the value of the products only.
In accordance with EU consumer law (Art. 14 OUG 34/2014), the customer is responsible for the direct cost of returning the goods. Customers may choose any courier service they prefer, provided that the products are returned securely packaged and delivered to our specified return address.
If the customer chooses to return the goods using a service where the shipping fees are payable by the recipient or where Indigene Wines is charged for the return, the corresponding return shipping cost will be deducted from the refundable amount.
