Founded in 1994 by Count Guy de Poix as the very first private company in the Romanian wine sector, SERVE sits at 450 m altitude on the 45th parallel in Ceptura.
Their own words on Fetească Neagră — It is the point from which everything began at SERVE — sum up the house’s identity: an early and continuous focus on indigenous varieties. After the founder’s death the estate continues under Mihaela de Poix together with Aurel and the SERVE team, with several wines named for de Poix family members.
