Under the Dobrogean sky is where the sea and sun meet, with more than 2100 hours of sunlight per annum, a fact visible each day on our courtyard sundial.
The sun is also the symbol of Rasova, our logo, because it is an essential factor in the growth of our vineyard, alongside our sandy soils and the breeze that comes from the River Danube, which together create a unique environment enjoyed by our vines.
When the sun sets, and before it rises, we enjoy cool nights, with cold air and picturesque misty mornings
The grape varieties exposed to this environment are: Chardonnay, Sauvignon Blanc, Pinot Gris, Fetească Albă, Muscat Ottonel, Tamâioasă Românească, Fetească Neagră, Pinot Noir, Cabernet Sauvignon, Syrah. On top of this selection we are proud to vinify two varieties native to our region of Dobrogea: Columna and Mamaia.

In our case, we are proud to have a young team, both passionate about wine and willing to leave their mark on our wines from Dobrogea. They have created a collection of young, energetic wines – red, white and rosé – each one telling a unique story.
