Founded by Burgundian winemaker Denis Thomas, who put the foundations of Romania’s first organic viticulture plantation in Dealu Mare, between Gura Vadului and Săhăteni.
Since 2020 the estate is led by Romanian owners Mihnea Mihalache and Mihnea Olariu, who continue the organic farming work begun in 2003. Wines are released across five lines: Héritage, Arrogance, Vigneron, DFR and Rendez-Vous.
