Created with love and passion for Romanian varieties, this blend presents an intense straw yellow with golden hues. First you will be pampered with the generous aromas of wild flowers, yellow roses, exotic fruits and white chocolate.
The taste is smooth, round, velvety but energetic, and the aftertaste displays woody notes.
This wine can be served with soufflés, fish and seafood, spicy Asian dishes, well cooled at 6-8° C.

We currently own 82 ha of vines concentrated around the winery where we invested in high performance technology and facilities to produce and age wine.
Our winery has crushing facilities of 1.000 to per season, with two separate production lines, complete automated controlled fermentation for both white and red wines. All machinery used in production process is alimentary steel.
The underground cellar equipped with Romanian, French and Russian oak barriques, provides excellent ageing conditions to special wine batches. Bottled wine is stored in our warehouse while another part of the wine is bottle aged in the cellar.
Aurelia’s winemaking style combines New World and Old World techniques and we produce small batches of wine, starting from 2,500 bottles to 20,000, depending on the harvests.
