The first nose of this wine brings a scent of Boswellia sacra trees resin, like pure, traditional incense. On top the nose is pleased with vanilla, basil and ripe pears.
It is a typical for honeyed wine, with hues of elder flowers, but also dry, yellow fruits.
The taste is refreshing, well-balanced and long.
This wine was created in terms of presenting, at its best, the traditional processing of this grape variety with sugars remaining unfermented.
Food Pairing: tangy desserts (to complement its sweetness), slightly matured cheeses.
