To obtain Solo Quinta Roze, the winemakers chose a blend of 5 red varieties. The color of this wine is obtained by macerating red grapes. The winemakers opted for this non-interventionist vinification method to preserve the purity and freshness of the fruit. After this “infusion” of a few hours, the must continues its fermentation in stainless steel vats with controlled temperature to keep the freshness of the varieties used.
Olfactory, Solo Quinta Roze is distinguished by aromas of red fruits (strawberries), violets (typical aroma of the Merlot variety), all on a mineral background that appears every year in this Cuvee. The very good acidity supports a complex and noble wine, in which we notice the presence of the Alicante Bouchet variety for an extra texture. The finish is intense, based on notes of tropical freshness. A rose that is distinguished by finesse and complexity.
