Classic and elegant, Soare – Cabernet Sauvignon displays complexity and aromatic intensity and, as the name suggests, exudes a special force (Soare means Sun). The grapes are hand harvested and selected only from plots with special exposure. The vinification is done carefully to obtain a balanced wine with round tannins. Malolactic fermentation and maturation for 15-18 months takes place in French oak barriques, followed by an additional aging in bottle for at least 6 months in the cellar. All this helps to outline a wine that denotes complexity and elegance, but also a special character, where fruits and spices complement each other perfectly to give birth to the taste of Cabernet that everyone wants in the glass.
Smell: Spiced nuances of cloves, vanilla and cinnamon, complemented by dark berries and dark chocolate.
Taste: Velvety and balanced, the taste reveals cherries and berry jam with a fruity & spicy aftertaste.
