The color of Serafim Fetească Neagră is intense red with violet shades. The nose is enchanted with rich aromas of red fruits, like black blueberries and, the specificity of the grape, dry plums. On top we can feel nuances of condiments, mainly black pepper and cloves, due to maturation in french oak barriques. The taste has the deep flavor of intense fruit and mellow spices, with just a hint of pepper and cloves from the French oak.
Food Pairing: oven baked red meats with sauce from the same wine.
It is best to be served at 13ºC – 15ºC.
