The color is intense red with violet shades. The nose is enchanted with rich aromas of red fruits, like black blueberries and, the specificity of the grape, dry plums. On top we can feel nuances of condiments, mainly black pepper and cloves, due to maturation in french oak barriques.
The taste is smooth, velvety and fruity, and the aftertaste is intense.
It is best to be served at 13ºC – 15ºC.
It complement dishes with read meat in the oven with Feteasca Neagra base sauce.
