For this special wine we had blended three varieties specific to Dealu Mare wine region with a personal touch of Aurelia Vișinescu, the winemaker. On the label is printed the fingerprint of Aurelia, highlighting the touch.

The wine is elegant and generous, developing coffee and tobacco scents, spices and vanilla taste together with red ripe fruits. All are well integrated by the complex and corpulent structure.

The wine was aged in barrique for 12 months.

To be served with roasted turkey or goose, pork or game at 16-18°C.

We currently own 82 ha of vines concentrated around the winery, where we invested in high performance technology and facilities to produce and age wine.

Our winery has crushing facilities of 1.000 to per season, with two separate production lines, complete automated controlled fermentation for both white and red wines. All machinery used in production process is alimentary steel.

The underground cellar equipped with Romanian, French and Russian oak barriques, provides excellent ageing conditions to special wine batches. Bottled wine is stored in our warehouse while another part of the wine is bottle aged in the cellar.

Aurelia’s winemaking style combines New World and Old World techniques and we produce small batches of wine, starting from 2500 bottles to 20.000, depending on the harvests.
