For this special wine we had blended three varieties specific to Dealu Mare wine region with a personal touch of Aurelia Vișinescu, the winemaker. On the label is printed the fingerprint of Aurelia, highlighting the touch.
The wine is elegant and generous, developing coffee and tobacco scents, spices and vanilla taste together with red ripe fruits. All are well integrated by the complex and corpulent structure.
The wine was aged in barrique for 12 months.
To be served with roasted turkey or goose, pork or game at 16-18°C.
