The latest edition of Muse Stars sparkling wine by Cramele Recaș highlights Mustoasă, a native grape variety from western Romania, known for its fresh and fruity character. The grapes are harvested early to retain delicate aromas and maintain the high natural acidity essential for quality sparkling wines. The wine is crafted using the traditional method, with secondary fermentation in the bottle and 14 months of aging on the lees. This process results in a complex sparkling wine with ultra-fine texture and a persistent, refined mousse.

Aroma: Exotic notes of orange, lime peel, mango, and pineapple, complemented by plum and vineyard peach aromas typical of Mustoasă. After aeration, light mineral hints, yeast aromas, and sweet spices emerge.
