Projekt CS is a complex and full-bodied wine with an elegant nose of berries and ripe black fruits, vanilla, coffee, dark chocolate and licorice, velvety, slightly jammy taste and a long and persistent aftertaste.
The wine was cold macerated for 2 days before alcoholic fermentation, in stainless steel tanks with selected yeasts, fermentation by coinoculation with malolactic bacteria. Aged in 228l barrels and 500l barrels, French and Romanian oak for 24 months.
The Projekt collection represents the range of complex wines, dedicated to be aged and/or served 7-10 years after the harvest. The wines are closed with corks and wax. A perfect balance of flavors thanks to the oak barrels in which these wines were matured.
