Fermented in a reductive style in stainless steel tanks with selected yeasts, aged for 9 months in 500l first-use Hungarian KADAR oak barrels, Projekt CH is an elegant old-world style wine with a nose dominated by notes of white fruit, light mineral notes, vanilla and barrel. The taste is creamy with aromas of summer flowers, peaches, apricots and vanilla and a long aftertaste.

The Projekt CH collection represents the range of complex, full-bodied wines, dedicated to being aged and/or served 7-10 years after harvest. The wines are closed with corks and wax. A perfect balance of flavors thanks to the KADAR oak barrels in which these wines were matured.

About the bottle

At the third generation of vine-growers, our Family manages over 40 hectares of vineyards.
Vines grown with great passion, carefully selected. Grapes and cutting-edge technologies ensure that our wines are of the highest quality and portray the tipicity of Crisana’s limestone, clay and loess-dominated terroir.

Vineyards and wine have always been present in our lives, and today we aim to prove that Biharia is suitable for the production of high quality wines and that the Crisana region has great viticultural and touristic potential.

A dedicated team makes sure that the vines are in perfect health and that the grapes that arrive at the winery are of the highest quality. The winery is still in development, but through dedication and attention to detail, we are able to provide you with wines to enjoy with your loved ones from the very first years.
