Romania’s first 100% Marselan, planted in Segarcea in 2005. The production was limited to 6 tons per hectare, in order to ensure a perfect amount of extract. Aged for 18 months in new French oak barrels. Flavors range from strawberry jam to fresh raspberries, blueberries, tobacco, spices, cocoa, rum, coco nuts and fine leather.
A long and complex aftertaste of licorice and milk chocolate stands as a proof of the wine’s long aging ability.
