Made from organically grown grapes, this Syrah embodies the character of the Beltiug terroir in northern Transylvania. In the glass, it shows an intense ruby-purple color. The bouquet is expressive and layered, with blackcurrant and blueberry aromas intertwined with notes of black pepper, vanilla, and a touch of licorice. On the palate, the wine is generous and powerful, shaped by extended oak ageing in separate lots — some matured for one year, others for two — before being blended to achieve perfect balance. Creamy in texture, with rounded tannins and well-integrated alcohol, it leads into a long, savory, and elegant finish.
