The winemaking technique used to create this wine is similar to the old winemaking style of the Saxons who used to live in Transylvania in the last centuries.
Liliac ORANGE wine has a light orange color with shades of ocher. It is slightly cloudy due to the low filtration. In the nose we discover strong aromas of ripe fruit – peaches and pineapple, given by the four weeks of maceration on the peel. Aged for nine months in Transylvanian oak barrels, the wine has a velvety, creamy taste, with special fruitiness and vanilla shades. It has a long aftertaste.
Goes well with suckling pig steak, stewed carp, duck leg confit or slow cooked eggplant with spices and nuts.
Serving temperature: not very cold, 14 °C
