Lechburg Fetească Regală Bio has a clear and consistent straw yellow color.
The aroma reveals at the beginning fruity notes of yellow peach, loquat and chinotto, it turns to floral notes of wisteria and broom, ending with hints of herbs, especially bay leaves and sage.
The wine has a full bodied with an excellent balance between freshness and smoothness.
Grape picking and selection are rigorously done by hand. Fermentation is slow in controlled temperature concrete tanks. Maturation is made for 5-7 months on fine yeasts in concrete tanks and periodic application of batonage.
