La Cetate is produced from attentively-selected grapes, carefully fermented and matured in oak barrels. This interesting Romanian wine is full of passion, harmonious, intense, strong and elegant.
It was macerated until it acquired the adequate force, the due silkiness and softness. It was made so that it could be relished either immediately or after two–three years.
Its complexity surprises after the first olfactory impression, reminding cranberries and cocoa. The elegant attack is continued by a persistent and enveloping taste, suggesting comfits and dark chocolate.
