1000 De Chipuri Iordache is a dry white wine (limited edition), obtained from Feteasca albă grapes from the 2021 harvest, grown in the Dealu Mare vineyard, Fințești. This is a grape variety with history, vinified for a long time as a rustic and unpretentious variety, but which rediscovered its virtues with the recent revival of Romanian wine.
Yellow in color, with greenish reflections, 1000 De Chipuri Iordache reveals an aroma reminiscent of honeycombs and acacia flowers, complemented by an excellently balanced acidity and fruitiness. The taste is round, complete, with a well-defined structure, with accents of citrus fruits, wildflowers, linden flowers and ripe apricots.
1000 Chipuri Iordache is served at a recommended temperature of 8 – 10°C, with appetizers or in the company of fish dishes, white meat, lightly spiced dishes
