Implicit Sauvignon Blanc is a fresh and vibrant dry white wine produced in the Trei Dealuri wine region. Crafted from grapes harvested at full maturity and fermented at low temperatures, the wine preserves its natural acidity and pure varietal character without oak influence.
It displays a pale straw-yellow color with green reflections and expressive aromas of pineapple, nectarine, and passion fruit, complemented on the palate by fresh notes of mint, lemon balm, and verbena. Light-bodied with lively acidity, it offers a crisp and refreshing finish.
Perfectly suited for pairing with seafood, summer salads, grilled fish, sushi, or fresh vegetable dishes. Best served chilled at 8–12°C.
