A big bold wine, Ie De Fințești Shiraz from 1000 De Chipuri is a crazy wine: dark red ruby, extra powerful nose of spices and intense aromas on the palate.
Aromas of black fruits & spice with background peppery hints lead to a Shiraz which has a solidly constructed palate of blackberry, plum and anise fruits with firm but not overly intrusive tannins on the finish. This is a pleasure to drink. One of the best Shiraz we’ve had so far.
