Lovely juicy and full-bodied wine with immense flavour, Ie de Fințești Fetească Neagră – 1000 de Chipuri Winehouse is a limited edition wine made to accentuate the Fetească Neagră grape characteristics, the aromas of ripe plums and black pepper with a high level of alcohol.
The wine is complex with aromas of sour cherries, figs, dark chocolate, smoke and meat. Has a full body with medium acidity and high fine tannins, with a sustained finish of plums, pepper and caramel.
Needs a long aeration before serving, the right temperature is 16°C.
