Produced in the area where we have the largest vineyards of Fetească Neagră, this wine has a typical aroma of dry plumbs with herbaceous and floral scents, shades of vanilla and chocolate.
Maturated in a Romanian oak barrel for one year ennobles the fruity taste with a note of spices, vanilla and coffee.
The standard for this winery is to have one kilo of grapes per wine, so the selection of grapes is very strict in order to have the best quality.
The perfect temperature of consumption: 17° – 19°C.
Recommended with: Red meat, turkey and smoked cheeses.
