Patima Fetească Albă is an elegant dry white wine from Domeniile Prince Matei, located in the eastern part of the renowned Dealu Mare wine region. It reflects a modern interpretation of Romania’s indigenous Fetească Albă variety, balancing local winemaking tradition with the vision of a new generation of winemakers.
The wine displays a pale straw-yellow color and delicate aromas of elderflower and chamomile, complemented by notes of lemongrass, citrus, and quince. On the palate, it is fresh and well-balanced, with flavors of ripe pear and quince supported by a distinctive mineral character.
Smooth and elegant, the wine finishes with a subtle salty note that adds depth and persistence.
Best served at 8–10°C, it pairs beautifully with white meat dishes, seafood, or soft creamy cheeses.
