Cuvée Charlotte is named after one of the daughters of the founder of SERVE, Count Guy de Poix. Complex and full of life, Cuvee Charlotte is a simply delightful red wine, with great structure and balance. The assembly of three aromatic red varieties and the maturation of the wine for 8 – 12 months in oak barriques are just two of the details that polish the character of the wine, which expresses itself extremely naturally. We recommend to enjoy it at 16-17°C alongside sophisticated dishes based on red meat, mature cheeses or desserts with bitter chocolate.
Nose: Rich shades of red and black fruits, especially blueberries, plums and currants, complemented by hints of cinnamon and truffle.
Taste: Intense aromas of blackberries, plums and cherries, which outline an elegant, balanced taste.
