Cuvée Amaury is produced from hand-picked grapes, the final alcoholic fermentation taking place in French oak barrels. This was followed by maturation on yeast and storage in barrels, for a total of about 4 months, after which the final assembly of the thus aged wines took place.
You can drink Cuvée Amaury cold (13°C – 14°C) as an aperitif or with fish or white meat dishes. And if you keep it for 8 years in the optimal conditions of temperature, humidity and light, you can turn it into a special gift for your loved ones.
