In Cotnari wine area, the ancient grape Tămâioasa Românească got a new identity of aromas and tastes: honeycomb, overripe pears and yellow melon, velvet on the palate and a very good acidity.
Usually out of this grape we make sweet vines but this one is made dry, it is a good example of the versatility of this great grape variety.
It is a good companion for dishes like fish, chicken, sea fruits, selected cheese, white sauce pasta.
Itself can be a reinvigorate appetizer.
