First we will see the shining yellow color with greenish reflexes, specific for the high class sparkling wines, and the intense and persistent effervescence, formed by small bubbles. It is made using “méthode traditionnelle”.
The nose it’s intense with a light sense of yeast, it stays more in the green fruits area, especially Granny apples, but also with greenhouse tomato stalks, fresh linden honey and wild flowers.
The first gustatory impression is the balance, the velvety and the high natural acidity. Sure, being a Brut Nature, we should expect an austere character, but frolicsome, simple, perfectly folded on the temperatures which are raising year after year.
It is a wine for the Cava lovers, more than Prosecco, but everybody can find the enchantment of one of the most charismatic two grapes varieties: Tămâioasă Românească with 10 grams of sugar and Busuioacă de Bohotin with 14 grams of sugar, crossing slightly in extra dry cluster.
