It is an extra dry wine obtain trough “méthode traditionnelle” with a cheerful pearling.
The sparkling wine welcomes us with a pale yellow color, an intense perlage with pleasant yeast, acacia flowers, lemons and honey aromas.
By tasting it we will feel a pleasant acidity, minerality and freshness. Predominate the taste of lemons, yellow apples and honey. The medium aftertaste unveils a complicity between the terroir and the success achieved by the champenoise method applied to this variety.
