Xarel·lo, Macabeo and Parellada ferment separately in stainless steel vats and, after malolactic fermentation, the assemblage is carried out seeking the balance and elegance that is the Juvé & Camps trademark. Only those wines that meet the criteria of freshness and primary character that we pursue in our house for these sparkling wines are part of Essential.
Once bottled, the second fermentation is carried out and aging begins in the tranquility and silence of our cavas, which will give rise to a fresh and bubbly sparkling wine.
Essential Púrpura spends at least 24 months in the bottle on its lees before it is ready to be enjoyed.
