Origin & Harvest:
Hand‑harvested by parcel—Chardonnay from Colina Mănăstirii (Parcel 2140) and native Tămâioasă Românească from Cerdacul lui Vodă (Parcel 2701). Gentle, temperature‑controlled fermentation preserves each cultivar’s aromatic essence.
Aromas:
A delicate floral symphony of elderflower and acacia layered with fresh mint, basil, and gently candied citrus.
