Ambra Șarbă Sweet Wine is a luscious dessert white wine crafted from the indigenous Șarbă grape variety. It reveals intense aromas of honey, wildflowers, and candied fruits, creating an inviting and fragrant bouquet. On the palate, the wine is velvety, well-balanced, and long-lasting, with a delicious natural sweetness.
This wine is produced through the natural dehydration of the grapes, a process that concentrates the sugars to over 400 g/L while preserving the natural acidity characteristic of the Cotești region. With a yield of up to 30%, the resulting must undergoes slow fermentation and is then aged for 14 months in new French oak barrels, with regular bâtonnage to enhance its complexity and creamy texture.
