Can I shop safely on this site?

Totally. All Visa and Mastercard credit and debit card transactions for orders placed on this site are processed online using PayPal and EuroPayment Services secure online payments system. Do I have to open an account to shop here?

Not if you don’t want to, you can choose to checkout as a guest. However creating an account allows us to recognise you when you return, store your order information and simplify the buying process for you.

Is there a minimum order?

Minimum purchase is 2 bottles which will incur a standard delivery charge of 17,14 Euro for express delivery in EU countries except Romania, 22 Euro for USA and 18 RON in Romania (some special offers or promotions may give free delivery).

Can you ship to my country?

We offer a delivery service to all of the Europe Union and USA. We do also deliver to Europe on an order by order basis, for European deliveries or if the delivery option you require is not listed, please contact us to check if we can arrange and what the costs would be.

What are all the types of payments you accept?

For fast & secure transactions, we accept all major domestic & international credit cards listed: Visa, Master Card. We do have state of the art fraud detection systems installed for added security for international credit cards.

What is the status of my order?

It’s very easy to get a status of your order and it’s quick. You can simply click on the ‘Track Order’ link at the top of our website. After logging into your account, you will see all updated status of all your orders

What type of packaging you use to ship?

We use Shipping Carrier approved wine & spirit bottle shippers. They are safe and saves you on shipping costs.

My package was broken by Shipping Carrier, what can I do now?

No worries. Just contact us right away via email or phone and we will ship out another package to your right away. If the same product is not available, we will either offer you an alternative or refund you your full money back including shipping charges. We will take care of the rest from there.

I received the wrong vintage or item, what do I do now?

Please contact us via email or phone right away and we will make sure to correct the problem.

Why do I have to provide my e-mail address?

Through e-mail you will receive information regarding delivery status, also you will receive access to DHL online platform if you need to make adjustments to your delivery details.
