Who we are
At the third generation of vine-growers, our family manages over 40 hectares of vineyards. Vines grown with great passion, carefully selected grapes and cutting-edge technologies ensure that our wines are of the highest quality and portray the tipicity of Crisana’s limestone, clay and loess-dominated terroir.
Vineyards and wine have always been present in our lives, and today we aim to prove that biharia is suitable for the production of high quality wines and that the Crisana region has great viticultural and touristic potential.
DARABONT
the everyday wines
The DARABONT range aims to offer fresh, delicate wines, produced in a reductive style, fermented in temperature controlled stainless steel tanks, with the aid of selected yeasts, and kept on their fine lees for at least 4 months.
URME

The URME range represents a more gastronomic style, including wines which have been matured for at least 6 month in 500l French, Hungarian or Transylvanian oak barrels.
NEW PROJECTS
Unique wines
We value and believe in innovation hence in 2022 we launched Median, the first sparkling wine of our region, as well as a multi-vintage Merlot, a new take on a traditional grape variety.

Quality, innovation and sustainability have always been our three core values.
We believe in innovative technologies and products throughout all stages of production and we aim to apply as many as we can, especially if they help increase our sustainability or educate our consumers.
In our vineyards we practice precision viticulture, which includes the use of different sensors and digital technologies, as well as the use of drones in treatment applications, which allows us to intervene in the most crucial moments and with greater efficiency.
When it comes to our products, all our white and rose wines have thermosensible labels which change color as the wine cools down, signalling the optimum serving temperature to our consumers, as well as the use of alternative packaging in the case of our canned spritz.
Recently we have also made significant investments in solar panels, increasing our generating capacity above our consumption level and hence making our winery self- sustainable from this point of view.
