Minimum purchase is 2 bottles and the maximum purchase is 12 bottles per order.

Can you ship to my country?

We offer a delivery service to all of the European Union countries, UK, Japan, China, Taiwan and Hong Kong. We do also deliver to other countries world wide on an order by order basis, if the delivery option you require is not listed, please contact us to check if we can arrange and what the costs would be.

For personal use of the products it is mandatory to provide your permanent residence address.

Shipping Costs and days

Delivery prices are dynamic, calculated by the number of bottles and the shipping address. These may be higher depending on the weight of the bottles, if there are special boxes for wines (eg wooden boxes) or if the delivery address is in a remote area.

The prices are calculated in the cart section, after you provide the shipping address for your order.

Shipping options are express delivery for all destinations and classic economy (road delivery) for the EU countries and the UK.

Express delivery gives you 24 to 72 hours delivery after order confirmation, with an addition of days for customs clearance for countries outside the EU.

Classic delivery for the EU countries takes 4 to 10 days delivery time, same for the UK with an addition of days for customs clearance.

What is the status of my order?

It’s very easy to get a status of your order and it’s quick. You can simply click on the ‘Track Order’ link at the top of our website. After logging into your account, you will see all updated status of all your orders

What type of packaging you use to ship?

We use Shipping Carrier approved wine & spirit bottle shippers. They are safe and saves you on shipping costs.

Age Restrictions

It is against the law to sell or indeed supply intoxicating substances to persons under 18 years of age in the European Union, the UK, China, Hong Kong, Taiwan and 20 years old in Japan. By placing an order you confirm that you are at least 18 years old (EU, UK, CN, TW, HK) and 20 years old (Japan). If our couriers are in doubt of the age of the recipient of an order they will request some form of ID. In the event this is not satisfied they are not permitted to leave the wine.

My package was broken by Shipping Carrier, what can I do now?

No worries. Just contact us right away via email and we will issue a refund, including shipping charges. You need to have a report from the shipping company that confirms the damage.
